We are more than delighted to take your orders over the phone Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST. You can also place an order anytime through the website, via email or fax.

Secure Shopping Facility: A Baskets Delight shopping facility is a secure site, which ensures each transaction made on-line, is completely safe.

Payment Options: We accept Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard, EFT Payments (direct bank deposits) or by cheque. (Please note goods will not be despatched until EFT payments or cheques are received and cleared).
Receipt: The last screen of the on-line order form is a confirmation screen that contains your receipt number and details of your order. This page should be printed and used as your receipt. Furthermore a confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of the on-line order form. If you require a tax invoice please contact us.
Gift Card: We are pleased to provide a complimentary gift card with every hamper box. Simply complete your personal message in the space provided in the on-line order form.
Delivery Methods: We deliver Australia wide. Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday- Friday from 8am to 5.30pm. Only Local and Sydney Metropolitan deliveries are made on Saturday. No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays. Next Day deliveries to Sydney Metropolitan area only cut off time is 2:00 pm.
It is our policy to deliver your gifts before the close of business on the nominated day, however we cannot guarantee a specific time by which your order will be delivered. All orders are delivered by an independent courier service.
We take every care but we are not responsible for deliveries that do not have the correct address an extra charge maybe charged for the second delivery, please give as much detail as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery Costs are determined when your order is sent to A Baskets Delight! Therefore, the total cost on your ordering form is for the items ONLY, and does not include delivery. One of our friendly staff will contact you.
